Once activated your member account, you can add your family members under your own Account, if any.
Please note the following conditions:
- Once a payment is done, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Package membership will be valid only for one person. Any additional family member could be added under the same person if wishes. Then there will be only one login credential to access and enter / upload details of all the members.
- Family members will be under the same Main package validity period. In case if need a different validity period, then new package to be taken, but will be under different login credentials. Then previous data will not be added to the new account.
- Once the package is expired, it is necessary to renew to package within 7 day time after the expiry. If not, all the previous data will be auto deleted from the system and person will have to register as a new user under a prevailing package.
- Each member is Allocated 100,000 kb disk space and if necessary to upload more images or documents above the given limits, user could request more disk spaces.
- Offline or online payments will be verified, and member account will be activated within 24 hrs. time. However, due to the volume of the new registrations, there could be a further delay up to 72 hours.
